As we expand our operations in Thailand, we are seeking an accomplished Head of Hub to lead our regional office and drive excellence.
Position Overview: As the Head of Hub, you will have the opportunity to shape the strategic direction of our regional office in Thailand and oversee its successful operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide strategic leadership and direction to the regional office, aligning goals with the organization's vision.
Oversee the day-to-day operations, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness in all functions.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, partners, and government authorities.
Develop and execute business development strategies to expand our presence in the region.
Manage and mentor a team of professionals, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence.
Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and industry standards.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
Proven leadership experience in a senior management role, preferably within the renewable energy sector.
Strong understanding of the wind energy industry and market dynamics.
Exceptional strategic thinking and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Legal authorization to work in Thailand.
