Job description
TGRC is working with a rapidly growing, private equity backed, clean energy and storage developer based in Brooklyn, NY in their search for an Executive Assistant.
Employment: Full Time
Location: Hybrid (3 days office per week)
Salary Range: $70,000-$90,000
As the Executive Assistant you will work directly with the group’s CEO and wider board, supporting coordinating the day-to-day operation of company, including but not limited to travel planning, maintaining the calendar, coordinating meetings, expense reports and more.
Qualifications:
Must be willing to work in New York including attending the office 3 days per week.
Demonstrated ability to work with senior executives and coordinate a high volume of diverse assignments, managing competing priorities, with a high attention to detail
Strong grammar, writing, and communication skills
Must have excellent follow-through, proactiveness and demonstrate a high level of urgency and adaptability
Must be a self-starter, posses proven ability to work alongside colleagues at the most senior level within an organization while dealing effectively with confidential information.
Advanced use of Microsoft Office applications including Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
Responsibilities:
The Executive Assistant will be responsible for administrative support activities including, but not limited to: calendar management, planning and setting up meetings, and providing day to day office support as needed
The ideal candidate will be experienced in handling a wide range of administrative support related tasks with the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment, follow-through on projects and tasks with little or no supervision as well as maintain and uphold sensitive and confidential information
Schedule all appointments and other commitments for the CEO and wider Board of Directors.
Prepares and distributes relevant materials to team members in advance of meetings
Takes minutes at meetings and provides support to members of the team as needed
Proactively follows up with team members following meetings to ensure deliverables and deadlines are being met
