The Role:

The Energy Analyst will be responsible for the below;

• Support the energy analysis and services 
• Produce monthly and quarterly energy reports 
• Present reports – highlighting energy trends 
• First point of contact with sites and  their energy needs
• Provide timely responses to operational needs including; invoicing, reviews, project management 
• Support and Implement of energy audits
• Actively create financial proposals for energy efficiency opportunities 
• Evaluate Building Management and energy data 
  • Recommend efficiencies 
• Liaise with subcontractors 
• Support Senior Energy Manager in targeted business development activities 
• Undertake site surveys

The Individual:

Knowledge, Skills & Experience required; 

• Degree qualification (energy/ sustainability / environmental related) (desirable) 
• Project and Energy management experience - programme delivery (Prince 2 desirable) 
• Level 4 diploma in non-domestic energy assessment (or equivalent) (desirable)
• Strong communicator
• Commercial knowledge and the ability to develop new business opportunities 
• Excellent numeracy skills 
• Problem solving skills 
• Full UK driving licence
