Responsibilities:

  • Drive the adoption of best practices and industry standards for engineering design, testing, and quality assurance.

  • Stay abreast of emerging trends and technologies in the solar and energy storage industry, evaluating their potential applications and guiding the company's technical roadmap.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive product and technology innovation, ensuring a competitive edge in the market.

  1. Project Management:

  • Oversee the successful execution of engineering projects, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards.

  • Collaborate with project management teams to optimize project workflows, resource allocation, and risk mitigation strategies.

  • Provide technical expertise and support to project teams, resolving engineering challenges and ensuring successful project delivery.

  • Foster effective communication and collaboration with internal stakeholders, external partners, and customers throughout the project lifecycle.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field; advanced degree preferred.

  • Proven experience (minimum 10 years) in engineering leadership roles within the solar or renewable energy industry.

  • Deep understanding of solar PV systems, battery energy storage systems (BESS), and related technologies.

  • Strong track record of leading and managing cross-functional engineering teams.

  • Demonstrated ability to drive innovation, execute projects, and deliver high-quality products on time and within budget.

  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a diverse team.

  • Strong business acumen and the ability to align technical strategies with commercial objectives.

  • Familiarity with relevant industry standards, regulations, and best practices.
