My client are a leading cleantech company with ambition to change the way that electricity grids are run worldwide – they develop software solutions that make their energy networks more flexible and sustainable. They are currently looking for a Customer Support Associate to join their team in London. This person will be working closely with their team of engineers, product managers, designers etc.,
A critical component of this role is ensuring client satisfaction across their global portfolio – they are active in regions such as the UK, Southern Europe and USA. They have many clients across Portugal and Italy, so a Portuguese or Italian speaker would be highly advantageous.
Providing support to all customers.
Responding rapidly to customer queries.
Maintaining a record of all customer interactions as well as recording all incidents and complaints etc., and actioning these by collaborating with wider teams.
Monitoring customer performance, trends, risks, potential opportunities in the market and recording this data to use for the improvement of the customer experience.
The ideal candidate:
2+ years of experience in a B2B sales position or a similar role
Previous experience of working in a scale-up environment
Multilingual specifically Italian (Portuguese speaking would be advantageous)
Experienced in working within electricity markets.
Fluent in English (does not have to be your first language).
Able to establish strong relationships and maintain rapport with internal team members and external customers.
