​Job Title: Contract Manager - Renewable Energy - 12 Months Contract

Location: Remote - United Kingdom

TGRC, a leading recruitment agency specializing in the renewable energy sector, is delighted to be working with a reputable Renewable Energy client seeking an experienced Contract Manager for a 12-month contract. This remote position requires candidates to have prior experience working on grid, substation, or offshore wind farms with Siemens/SGRE equipment.

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and manage contracts related to grid, substation, and offshore wind farm projects involving Siemens/SGRE equipment

  • Negotiate, review, and draft contractual agreements, ensuring compliance with industry standards and legal requirements

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including project managers, engineers, and legal professionals, to mitigate contractual risks and protect the interests of the company

  • Monitor the performance of contracts, identifying potential issues and implementing corrective actions as needed

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, suppliers, and subcontractors, ensuring open communication and timely resolution of any concerns or disputes

  • Provide guidance and support to project teams regarding contractual obligations, compliance, and risk management

  • Ensure compliance with all relevant health, safety, and environmental regulations, as well as company policies and procedures

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Law, Engineering, or a related field

  • Minimum of 4 years of experience in contract management within the renewable energy sector, specifically focusing on grid, substation, or offshore wind farm projects

  • Proven experience working with Siemens/SGRE equipment is essential

  • Strong understanding of contract law, industry-specific regulations, and best practices

  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and organizational skills

  • Ability to work effectively under pressure and adapt to changing project requirements
