Job Title: Contract Manager - Renewable Energy - 12 Months Contract
Location: Remote - United Kingdom

TGRC, a leading recruitment agency specializing in the renewable energy sector, is delighted to be working with a reputable Renewable Energy client seeking an experienced Contract Manager for a 12-month contract. This remote position requires candidates to have prior experience working on grid, substation, or offshore wind farms with Siemens/SGRE equipment.
Responsibilities:
Oversee and manage contracts related to grid, substation, and offshore wind farm projects involving Siemens/SGRE equipment
Negotiate, review, and draft contractual agreements, ensuring compliance with industry standards and legal requirements
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including project managers, engineers, and legal professionals, to mitigate contractual risks and protect the interests of the company
Monitor the performance of contracts, identifying potential issues and implementing corrective actions as needed
Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, suppliers, and subcontractors, ensuring open communication and timely resolution of any concerns or disputes
Provide guidance and support to project teams regarding contractual obligations, compliance, and risk management
Ensure compliance with all relevant health, safety, and environmental regulations, as well as company policies and procedures
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Law, Engineering, or a related field
Minimum of 4 years of experience in contract management within the renewable energy sector, specifically focusing on grid, substation, or offshore wind farm projects
Proven experience working with Siemens/SGRE equipment is essential
Strong understanding of contract law, industry-specific regulations, and best practices
Excellent negotiation, communication, and organizational skills
Ability to work effectively under pressure and adapt to changing project requirements
