Client Account Lead for Sustainable Real Estate

The Green Recruitment Company are working with an award willing energy consultancy working at the forefront of zero-carbon solutions. The client are looking for a Client Account Lead for their Commercial Real Estate clients to assist with helping their large base of well known clients reduce their environmental impact. The main purpose of this role is to be the main point of contact for key clients and stakeholders on a day-to-day basis and leading the technical delivery of strategic sustainability and environmental reports. The company are looking for someone to be based in either their London, Bath or Manchester office.

 

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Managing global environmental reporting projects with tight deadlines
  • Management of key accounts and building strong relationships with clients
  • Provide operational support in the form of invoices, reviews, timesheets and giving information on project management
  • Identify opportunities for business development and networking to gain new clients

 

The Candidate:

  • Experience in a Principal or Senior level Sustainability Consultant role
  • Experience in ESG and ideally GRESB, as well as Business Development and Project Management
  • Degree in a relevant field such as Sustainability or Management
