Our client, a leading renewable energy manufacturing company based in Jiangxi, is seeking a talented and dynamic Chief Technology Officer (CTO) to join their executive team. As the CTO, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the company's technological direction and driving technological advancements in the renewable energy manufacturing industry.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the development and execution of the company's technology strategy, aligning it with business objectives and market trends.

• Drive innovation and research and development (R&D) initiatives to enhance existing products and develop new, cutting-edge renewable energy solutions.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for technological advancements, process improvements, and cost optimization.

• Stay abreast of emerging technologies and market trends, providing insights and recommendations to senior management.

• Foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement, encouraging creativity and collaboration among technical teams.

• Manage intellectual property portfolios and ensure compliance with relevant patents, trademarks, and copyrights.

• Build and maintain strategic partnerships with external research institutions, technology providers, and industry experts.

• Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and seminars, establishing the company as a leader in renewable energy technology.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Science, or a related field. A Ph.D. is a plus.

• Proven experience (5 years) in a senior leadership role within the renewable energy or manufacturing industry.

• Deep knowledge of renewable energy technologies, such as solar, wind, or energy storage systems.

• Strong track record of driving innovation, leading R&D projects, and commercializing new technologies.

• Excellent strategic thinking and problem-solving skills, with a demonstrated ability to translate technology into business opportunities.

• Exceptional leadership and team management abilities, with a focus on fostering a culture of collaboration and innovation.

• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.

• Fluency in both written and spoken English and Mandarin.
