The Green Recruitment Company are delighted to be working with a global energy services business who develop innovative products & digital solutions in the energy sector.

They seek a new Asset Optimisation Manager to join their UK demand response team and own the Delivery and Operations for Demand Response and Flexibility in the UK market.

The ideal candidate will be organised and motivated, with excellent communication skills. They will also be a team player, with high attention to detail & be able to deliver high quality work on tight deadlines.

Responsibilities include:

• Perform data analysis and assessments to assist the sales team in qualifying opportunities
• Presenting findings to stakeholders & advising customers on how to implement the decarbonatization of their assets and to increase their economic value
• Provide technical support to all flexibility products and programmes in the UK
• Monitoring optimisation results on an ongoing basis
• Support global product development teams to further develop products by  identifying improvements based on technical and market changes

Skills & Qualifications:

• Degree or apprenticeship in energy systems or electrical/mechanical engineering
• 5 years’ experience working on the designing, delivering, or in the operation and maintenance or asset management of CHP’s.
• Strong Excel skills (experience with Python or similar coding languages is desirable)
• Experience with other onsite energy generation and distributed energy assets is desirable
