Sam worked across various roles in the staffing and recruiting industry for over 13 years. In 2020 Sam joined The Green Recruitment Company as Global Head of Learning and Development to build the L&D function and has latterly taken on responsibility for HR, becoming Group People Director. Sam holds a CMI qualification across coaching and mentoring, as well as a CMI level 5 in management and leadership capability certification. Sam is also a certified psychometric testing assessor across TetraMap and holds multiple train-the-trainer qualifications through Reed Education.
