As a member of our North American teams, Mallory is TGRC's North American Learning & Development Consultant. With a passion for green initiatives and renewables, her goal is to not only expand her knowledge in the industry but to also assist our consultants in their personal and career growth plans at TGRC. Originally brought on as an Associate Consultant for our Orlando team in 2021, Mallory quickly assisted in the advancement of our U.S. Energy Generation teams. Using a combination of her educational background in human resources and her recruitment experience, Mallory joined our Learning & Development team in 2023. Mallory has a Bachelor's Degree from Ohio University where she studied Organizational Communication--Human Resources & Diversity and minored in American History.
