Jon has recruited in the energy industry for 10 years and has focused exclusively on renewables since 2016. He has a wealth of experience working with senior leadership teams to define & outline their strategy for identifying and attracting the very best talent in the industry. He has recruited for leading utilities, international energy companies, independent power producers, project developers, PE firms, investment banks and a diverse range of early-stage technology companies.
Jon has lived in Houston, TX and New York, NY and now heads up TGRC’s office in Amsterdam.
