​We are looking for a Senior Recruitment Consultant to join us, covering renewable energy, power infrastructure, and energy storage mandates across APAC and selected international markets.

Key Responsibilities

• Own and develop a defined APAC market within the energy transition sector

• Build and manage senior client relationships and originate new mandate.

• Engage and advise senior-level talent across renewables, energy storage, power systems, and infrastructure investment.

• Run full-cycle search processes from market mapping and headhunting through to offer negotiation and closure.

• Drive market intelligence that directly informs client hiring decisions and search strategy.

Requirements

• 3–8 years experience in executive search or specialist recruitment within energy, infrastructure, engineering, industrial, or investment sectors.

• Proven ability to operate independently with full ownership of a personal desk.

• Track record of sustained delivery within a primary organization or long-term engagement, rather than purely short-term assignments.

• Strong English communication skills; additional Southeast Asia languages are advantageous.

• Strong interest in energy transition and infrastructure markets.
