Job Responsibilities
Continuously improve the corporate credit management system, including credit management rules, processes and digital construction, to lay a solid foundation for business development.
In line with the company’s medium- and long-term strategic plans, supervise the implementation of credit risk management across all global MUs and BUs in response to global risks and shifting market demands. Provide credit system solutions to mitigate risks, facilitate business expansion and support the achievement of corporate operational targets.
Conduct training to raise risk management awareness and capabilities among business departments, ensuring effective risk control lines of defense.
Upgrade the professional competence of the credit management team, build talent pipelines and energize the organization.
Job Requirements
Over 10 years of credit management experience in large manufacturing enterprises.
Fluent oral and written English, with a global mindset and cross-cultural communication skills.
Proficient in accurate identification, analysis, judgment and prediction of risk control across value chains of diverse business models.
Interdisciplinary professional expertise with proven capabilities in developing systematic credit management frameworks and digital credit management systems.
Embrace changes and drive transformation to align with corporate strategic development; possess strong willingness to grow, continuously absorb new knowledge, put forward innovative ideas across functional boundaries and implement new initiatives.
Strategic insight, strong logical thinking and acute sensitivity to risk fluctuations and commercial data.
Effective leadership and personal influence to roll out group-wide credit control policies and monitor their global implementation.
Sound management skills to accurately identify customer demands and pain points, respond rapidly and deliver targeted solutions.
