​A fast-growing renewable energy business is looking for a Contract & Compliance Coordinator to join its Asset Management team, supporting a large-scale operational solar portfolio. This is a high-impact role sitting at the heart of asset performance, where contract management, compliance, and commercial coordination come together to ensure operational excellence and risk control across live energy assets.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate EPC, O&M, PPA, grid connection, and insurance contracts

• Maintain structured contract documentation, versions, and obligation trackers

• Track milestones, deliverables, and ensure timely contractual compliance

• Draft and issue contractual notices and formal correspondence

• Support interpretation of contract terms across technical and commercial teams

• Assist with procurement processes

• Support insurance renewals, claims handling, and risk documentation

• Maintain compliance systems, dashboards, and reporting trackers

• Work closely with O&M, legal, commercial, technical, and external stakeholders

• Support asset performance reporting and continuous improvement initiatives

What We’re Looking For

• Experience in contract administration, compliance, coordination, or project support

• Exposure to renewables, utilities, infrastructure, or construction is highly desirable

• Understanding of EPC, O&M, PPA, or insurance contracts is an advantage
