The Client

The Green Recruitment Company are working with one of the leading international energy consultancy firms in the UK with offices globally. They are seeking a determined and target driven self-starters to join their company within their sales department. You will be a key asset to assisting in the growth of their New Business Sales Team.

Job Purpose:

  • Working within the sales department to qualify leads, support the team and help achieve the company’s targets.

Accountability/Key Responsibilities

  • Book face to face and online appointments with decision makers and senior influencers within I&C businesses for the New Business Sales Team
  • Cold Calling prospects from CRM database
  • Assisting in the drive towards promoting services and campaigns
  • Produce new leads for prospect database

Skills (i.e. communication / problem solving / autonomy/ analytical / meet deadlines)

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Professional and Persuasive telephone manner/skills
  • Target Driven
  • High degree of accuracy and ability to prioritise workload
  • Ability to build strong relationships

Knowledge (experience, qualifications, IT Literacy / packages, commercial awareness)

  • Previous Telesales experience essential.
  • Proven track record of cold calling prospects
  • Strong MS Office skills
