• Collaborate with project managers, field engineers, and contractors to identify and resolve technical issues.

• Conduct regular inspections and audits of wind energy projects to ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.

• Monitor project performance and recommend improvements to enhance efficiency and reliability.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, preferably in mechanical, electrical or renewable energy field.

• At least 3 years of experience in technical support, preferably in the wind energy sector.

• Strong knowledge of wind energy systems and equipment.

• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.

• Fluent in Japanese and English.

• Willing to travel domestically and internationally.
