The Client

My Client are an industry leading, Solar PV Inverter and product manufacturer.  They are looking for a dedicated, flexible engineer to join their technical support team in the Venice region. 

The Role

The Responsibilities of this position will involve:

Member of SolarEdge global call center

Support cases via CRM system and Phone calls

Customer Support- HW and SW products

Remote troubleshooting

Technical documentation


Electrical Engineer or Practical engineer- a Must

Experienced in customer support- an advantage

Customer oriented, team player and excellent communication skills

Experience with Photovoltaic systems- an advantage

Fluent English, speaking and writing is a must

Other languages - an advantage

Self-motivated, able to take the initiative to solve problems and lead tasks


Willingness to work extended hours per need

Willingness to travel abroad
