We have an opportunity for a motivated individual to fill the role ofTechnical Support Associate, HVAC, Electrical. In this position, the successful candidate will be eager to take on a role in a fast-paced environment, for a leading energy management company by diagnosing and troubleshooting our technology, systems, and equipment with customers and third-party vendors.

Key Responsibilities:

• Research and identify solutions to various problems related to energy-saving technologies including but not limited to HVAC systems, refrigeration systems, metering, etc.

• To manage and promote existing and new projects launched.

• Communicate with clients and third-party vendors via phone, email or chat application.

• Prioritize and manage several open issues at one time

Requirements:

• Hands-on field experience with HVAC, refrigeration, and electrical systems, Industry-specific certification in HVAC, Refrigeration, or Electrical preferred.

• 3+ years of relevant experience in a customer-focused position involving technical knowledge of a company's products and services.

• This is a 100% remote position, 11 AM - 8 PM PT, Tuesday through Saturday. This is an exempt position.
