The Green Recruitment company are delighted to be partnered with an exciting EV Charging start-up who are looking for a Tech Lead in what promises to be a year of growth within the business in an EV market that is booming!

As Tech Lead you will come from a Back-End background where you will have in depth Python experience. You will be developing innovative software solutions for clients in the EV Charging space where ideally you will have knowledge of OCPP. You will have a large amount of autonomy in this position and will have a key role to play in the projected growth of the business.

 Responsibilities

1. Write Python code for Linux and Cloud platforms.
2. Work closely with EV Charging clients in the deployment of software solutions for EV Charging stations and controllers.
3. Stay on top of industry advancements to ensure future proofing of products, implementing new technologies and protocols.

This role will suit a confident, top class senior level Developer, looking to further expand their career in a continually growing EV industry.

Experience Required

• Expertise in Python, experience in C or C++ would also be ideal.
• Experience working in Embedded Linux.
• Experience with MongoDB
• Cloud experience (AWS, GCP, Azure)
• You must be comfortable with the rigours and fast paced nature of working in a start-up, willing to role up the sleeves and get work done.
• Passionate about protecting the planet with a keen interest in EV.

With a salary up to £80,000 DOE, and options in the company available, this role provides an exciting opportunity to be part of something big!
