The Green Recruitment Company are pleased to be supporting our Client, a leading eMobility business who are seeking an experienced System Engineer to join their dynamic US team. The ideal candidate will be able to hit the ground running and have experience working with a multidisciplinary engineering team predominately based abroad.

 

Responsibilities

  • Support the manufacturing team, R&D team, and customers
  • Hands-On field work, delve into details, troubleshooting
  • Manage vehicle integration processes of receivers and technical dialogue with automotive OEMs
  • Lead the integration processes, performance validation, perform tests at project sites
  • System characterization, documentation, and requirements management
  • Infrastructure requirements analysis and definition for road and grid works

 

Requirements

  • 5+ years’ experience in multidisciplinary system development
  • Technical background in either electronics\mechanics\software engineering is essential
  • Preferred academic degree in electronics\mechanical engineering
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and high-level independency is vital
  • Experience in writing specifications and system documents
  • Systemic vision and good analytical abilities
  • Writing and reading PRDs and engineering documentations
  • Knowledge and understanding of American standards
  • Research and analysis before formulating concepts and requirements for system development
  • Ability to travel

 

Preferred

  • Experience in the automotive\automation\IoT\High-Power electricity field is advantageous
  • Experience in leading teams
