Position : SQE The electrical parts Quality Engineer

R&R:

• Supplier development, audit, and manufacturing supervision
• Supplier performance evaluation and improvement
• Analysis, disposal, improvement, and effect monitoring of supplier's nonconforming products
• Supplier coaching and cultivation, and promoting continuous improvement of suppliers
• Reviewed the preparation and optimization of the checklist

Requirement:

• Bachelor’s degree, major in electrical related
• Fluent English
• 2-4 years’ experience in process, testing or quality management in power electronics industry
• Familiar with reactor, relay, fan, transformer production, processing, testing process, have a certain fault analysis ability
• Familiar with ISO9001 quality system, IATF16949 standard is preferred
• Familiar with the requirements and standards of supplier management of the system, with certain audit ability and skills
• Proficient in 8D method and seven QC tools
• Proficient in Office software; Familiar with CAD, Protel and other drawing software;
