We are seeking a skilled and motivated Solar Installer / Roofer to join our growing renewable energy team. In this role, you will be responsible for the safe and efficient installation of solar photovoltaic (PV) systems on residential and small commercial properties, with a strong focus on roofing integration and structural integrity.

Key Responsibilities

• Install solar photovoltaic (PV) systems on residential and small commercial properties

• Carry out roof preparation, mounting system installation, and panel fitting

• Ensure all roofing work is completed to a high standard, maintaining weatherproofing and structural integrity

• Work closely with experienced electricians to support AC/DC installation requirements

• Adhere to all health & safety regulations and industry best practices

• Maintain a clean and organised worksite

• Deliver excellent workmanship and customer service on every project

Requirements

• Previous experience in solar PV installation and/or roofing is highly desirable

• Strong practical skills and a good understanding of construction or roofing practices

• Ability to work at heights and in outdoor environments

• Good teamwork skills and a positive, can-do attitude

• Full UK driving license
