Accountability/Key Responsibilities

• The Service Delivery Executive would be asked to be in liaison with supplier portals, downloading invoices and processing them into the system. Any missing invoices would be sent by post and would need to be processed within the day.
• You would then check all invoices against criteria on internal systems and be able to question any that are incorrect, having the opportunity to coordinate with customers and suppliers in order to correct any billing errors.

Skills Required

Proficiency in the following areas is necessary:

• Excel
• Data input
• Customer Service
• Good telephone manner
• Good with computers
• Energy experience (preferred not essential)
