Summary:

A leading Solar business based in Sydney is seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to take charge of commercial scale Solar PV projects across Australia. This well respected solar outfit have an impressive track record in the Australian energy markets and are currently experiencing a large growth period.

 They are seeking an experienced Solar PV Senior Project Manager who has a proven track record in project management of commercial Solar PV sites and who has experience in managing a team of renewable energy engineering professionals in a previous role.

 This is a high-tempo, demanding role which is suitable for an ambitious Solar professional who is looking to work for a progressive, well regarded Australian business.

The Individual:

As Senior Project Manager you will be responsible for the following:

·        Managing a team of technical Project Managers

·        Project management of commercial solar installations

·        Managing the process from post sales to completion in detail and to perfection

·        Coordinating & organising multiple million-dollar contracts across various project stages

·        Coordinating multiple solar projects simultaneously

·        Working with various stakeholders including commercial clients, sub-contractors and suppliers to internal teams

·        Monitoring and updating program of works keeping on time, budget and scope throughout

·        Coordinating subcontractors across varied disciplines

·        Ensuring installations are scoped and prioritised correctly

·        Repeatedly meeting or exceeding customer expectations and ensuring a great client experience

Candidate requirements:

·        Previous team management experience of renewable energy engineering professionals

·        Ability and experience in delivering multi-million-dollar projects

·        Experience in project management in the solar industry in Australia

·        Eligibility to work in Australia

·        Relevant technical qualifications eg engineering degree

·        Project management qualifications are not essential but will be looked upon favourably

·        Experience in managing multiple complex projects concurrently

·        High experience all MS Office applications

·        Highly organised with an eye for detail
