The Green Recruitment Company are working alongside a renewable software company who are looking to improve renewable energy sales by enhancing the PPA process. Already with excess of 7,500 MW of renewable PPA transactions supported, the client's overall goal is to become the operating system of choice for the renewables industry to buy and sell energy by providing the best software for renewable energy sales and risk management.
To achieve this vision, we are looking for a highly motivated individual with a background in bringing energy revenue and risk management solutions to clients. As Sales Manager for Software Solutions you will prospect, develop, and close opportunities across Europe. In this role, you will be dealing directly with executive level decision makers at leading renewable businesses.
- Generate revenue by selling, developing, and growing new and existing customers within the renewables space.
- Understand software solutions and their impact on customer goals and challenges (presales process).
- Establish the software solution as the only viable solution on the market.
- Participate in product design to develop high-quality proposals and solutions.
- 5+ years of experience in selling SaaS solutions, ideally to the energy sector (ETRM/CTRM experience – highly desirable).
- Track record of hitting or exceeding a sales quota.
- Experience of selling at C.
- Technical product experience.
- Familiarity with the energy markets
- Written and verbal communication skills in English.
