The Role

  • Manage and develop the Sales team ensuring that all team members understand and deliver their targets
  • Recruit salespeople, set objectives, train and coach, and monitor performance ensuring assigned tasks and responsibilities are fulfilled
  • Management of metrics/analytical systems to enable data-driven business decisions
  • Establish best practices and processes for both sales and sales interactions with other departments
  • Ensure policies, procedures, training manuals, and sales-related resource is maintained
  • Engagement with wider group of CF Partners and BGI to maximise our value proposition
  • Actively work with the Commercial Team to develop new sales strategies to achieve optimum growth and effectiveness
  • Development and maintenance of daily, weekly, monthly and quarterly reports and Key Performance Indicators

The Individual

  • Extensive previous experience in a Sales Manager position within the business-to-business sales environment
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organisational skills
  • Computer literate with good knowledge of MS Office, with strength in Excel/ spreadsheets
  • Ability to communicate at all levels of an organisation, including up to board level
