As part of their ongoing success, our client is searching for an experienced Sales Manager who will be guiding prospective customers through their award-winning hardware and software product suite and supporting throughout the entire sales process, developing excellent relationships and effectively growing the business to the next level.
This individual will be joining the existing London office and will have several years’ experience in the heat/building services space (e.g., heat networks, heat pumps, smart meters, EV Charging) in a sales capacity - which they can bring into a flexible and exciting environment.
The ideal candidate will be results-driven, and naturally shows their passionate for the sector.
Product and brand ambassador, developing a full knowledge of the hardware and product suite.
Guiding prospective clients through the sales process.
Developing trusting and lasting relationships by proactively communicating with clients.
Preparing and delivering sales presentations/pitches.
Using CRM systems to manage ongoing processes and projects.
Developing an ever-growing client list.
Attend networking events and representing the business at relevant conferences/shows.
Keeping on top of any relevant market updates, maintain your status as an industry leader.
Excellent track record selling physical solutions surrounding the heat/building services space (e.g., heat networks, heat pumps, smart meters, EV Charging).
Proven negotiator, with a strong track record for achieving/excelling sales targets.
Good understanding of the sales cycle and relevant stakeholders .
Experience using CRM software’s and sales planning tools (Ideally HubSpot).
Enjoys delivering engaging presentations.
Ability to work both individually and in a small team.
Excellent interpersonal skills with an ability to develop trusting relationships.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Thrives in high-paced, scale-up environments.
Understanding of the construction industry
