Job description

This role offers a fantastic opportunity for a driven and enthusiastic candidate to join an independent commercial energy supplier. Within this role you will work closely and collaboratively with a dedicated Account Manager, managing their portfolio of brokers, being the first point of contact and providing administrative duties.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensuring that all data received is processed accurately onto the CRM system
  • Effectively manage the administration of Account Managers and their associated accounts
  • Be the initial point of contact for queries and communication with brokers
  • Conduct a thorough risk assessment that aligns with policy on all quotes
  • Enter contracts accurately into the system to ensure post sale communications run efficiently
  • Pricing tenders and making commercial decisions in the absence of the Account Manager
  • Work closely with Execution and Solutions desk and Account Management teams
  • Process ad-hoc administrative duties as required

  • Administrative experience (ideally in a support role) and experience working for a commercial, fast-moving organisation
  • Strong numerate abilities and good analytical skills
  • Excellent organisational skills which allow them to effectively prioritise their workload whilst adapting to various, changing, demands
  • Proactive attitude with an ambitious and results-driven attitude
  • Advanced computer skills with strong knowledge MS Office
