This role offers a fantastic opportunity for a driven and enthusiastic candidate to join an independent commercial energy supplier. The business is made up of vastly experienced and passionate individuals and this will allow candidates to excel and grow, both professionally and personally, with copious opportunity for progression aligned to the continued growth and success of the business.

Within this role you will work closely and collaboratively with a dedicated Account Manager, managing their portfolio of brokers, being the first point of contact and providing administrative duties.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensuring that all data received is processed accurately onto the CRM system
  • Effectively manage the administration of Account Managers and their associated accounts
  • Be the initial point of contact for queries and communication with brokers
  • Conduct a thorough risk assessment that aligns with policy on all quotes
  • Enter contracts accurately into the system to ensure post sale communications run efficiently
  • Pricing tenders and making commercial decisions in the absence of the Account Manager
  • Work closely with Execution and Solutions desk and Account Management teams
  • Process ad-hoc administrative duties as required
