TGRC are working with a leading developer, owner and operator of cross technology assests in emerging markets. They have a strong pipeline under development creating a need to add to their team.

The Project Developer would be expected to:  

•  Manage existing and future projects within the company’s portfolio 
• Manage and monitor the preparation of technical and commercial bids 
• Manage day-to-day relationships with project stakeholders (financial institutions, local partners, local authorities, advisors, EPCs, etc.) 
• Negotiate technical and commercial contracts 
• Oversee IPP solar and wind projects, from the origination phase all the way to financial close
• Manage and mentor junior colleagues. 

 
Qualifications and Skills Required

• • Master’s Degree or equivalent in business or engineering 
• • At least 3 years of experience in renewable energy, preferably in IPP projects  
• • Proven experience in project management and in project finance 
• • Proven experience in commercial and technical renewable energy contracts 
• • Strong communication skills (oral and written) 
• • Fluent in both English and French 
• • Pro-active, dynamic and rigorous
