Recruitment Manager – Disruptive Technology

Location: London

We have an exciting opportunity for a Team Leader to join our Disruptive Technology division here at The Green Recruitment Company.

As an experienced Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing a billing team and individually networking with clients and candidates with the aim of placing green technology professionals across EMEA. 

Key responsibilities:

• Work as part of the Leadership Team to expand and manage the Disruptive Technology business unit with budget and a remit for headcount growth 
• Identify areas for market growth and leverage the business’s existing relationships to identify the demand across the Green Technology marketplace
• Lead from the front and set the standard for team performance, with a hands on approach 
• New client development and negotiation of terms of business 
• Work closely with TA and L&D to hire and develop new employees
• Set and agree individual quarterly and annual performance objectives for your team
• Carry out employee performance reviews  

What are we looking for:  

• Proven success in growing and managing a successful technology division – ideally within the Green Energy space
• Proven success in hiring, managing and developing a team of recruiters
• Ability to win business
• Articulate communicator
• A confident and positive attitude
• The ability to work under pressure and meet targets
