Job Responsibilities

• Forward-looking prediction and layout, insight into the future technology development trend, formulate the key innovation development strategy of Manhattan project, and support the company's future core high-efficiency battery and new products to be competitive in the market.

• Vision planning and five-year strategic planning of the company and BG by 2035, and a clear image of the technology to achieve the company's vision and strategic objectives.

• Effectively integrate external industry university research cooperation resources.

• Manage organizational change with technology as the core and to lead a good team.

Key Experience Requirements

• Experience in implementing strategic culture, fully understand and identify with the company's strategy and be able to undertake and implement in the technical strategy.

• Have management experience in leading R&D personnel and front-line R&D teams.

• Overseas experience or international team work experience.

• Professional in perovskite battery field, technical/product experience, IPD management experience.

• Open minded, able to unite and collaborate with various talents.

• Be firm in heart, dare to challenge, and have the spirit of being the first.
