​An experienced Project Manager is sought to strengthen a growing team delivering large‑scale, complex projects in the energy and industrial sectors, with a strong focus on renewables and sustainability‑driven initiatives.

The role sits within a specialist project consultancy of approximately 90 professionals, recognised for supporting some of the most demanding programmes across energy, industry, construction and technology. The organisation works at the intersection of strategy, investment decision‑making and delivery, helping clients move from ambition to execution.

Role and responsibilities

• Lead complex energy and infrastructure projects across the full lifecycle, from early phase development to execution and benefits realisation

• Plan, structure and govern projects with high technical, commercial and regulatory complexity

• Coordinate multidisciplinary teams and manage key stakeholders across client organisations

• Establish clear delivery frameworks, manage risk, progress and dependencies, and ensure objectives are met

• Act as a trusted advisor to senior client stakeholders in major investment and transformation initiatives

Projects typically involve significant capital investment, multiple stakeholders and high requirements for robustness in planning and execution.

Required background

• Relevant engineering degree at bachelor’s or master’s level

• Minimum five years’ experience in project management roles

• Proven experience from energy and/or industrial projects

• Strong written and verbal communication skills in Norwegian and English

• Ability to lead teams, drive progress and create alignment in complex environments

• Strong collaboration and stakeholder management skills
