Project Finance Manager – Energy & Infrastructure
Beijing, China (On-site)
Salary: RMB 250,000 – 400,000 per annum
The Green Recruitment Company is supporting a leading international energy and infrastructure investor in the appointment of a Project Finance Manager based in Beijing. This is a high-impact role focused on structuring, analysing, and delivering financing solutions across a portfolio of complex energy and infrastructure projects.
The Opportunity
This role sits at the heart of investment decision-making and project delivery, bridging finance, commercial strategy, and execution. You will play a key role in supporting the development and financing of large-scale assets, working closely with senior stakeholders across the business.

Key Responsibilities
Lead financial modelling and valuation for energy and infrastructure projects
Support the structuring and execution of project financing transactions
Work with lenders, investors, and internal stakeholders to secure funding
Conduct due diligence, risk analysis, and sensitivity modelling
Support investment decisions through clear financial insight and reporting
Monitor project performance and ensure alignment with financial expectations
Collaborate with legal, technical, and commercial teams throughout the project lifecycle
Requirements
Strong experience in project finance, investment banking, or infrastructure finance
Advanced financial modelling skills with a strong analytical mindset
Experience within energy, renewables, or infrastructure sectors preferred
Understanding of debt structuring, financing documentation, and risk management
Ability to manage complex stakeholder environments
Fluent in Mandarin and English
