Position Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated and talented Project Engineer to join their team in Perth. Key Responsibilities:

Project Support:

  • Collaborate with project managers and senior engineers to support the successful execution of engineering projects.

Documentation:

  • Prepare and maintain project documentation, including technical reports, plans, and specifications.

Quality Assurance:

  • Assist in ensuring that all project activities comply with quality standards, industry regulations, and client requirements.

Communication:

  • Maintain effective communication with project stakeholders, including clients, subcontractors, and team members.

Problem Solving:

  • Participate in identifying and resolving project-related issues and challenges, contributing innovative solutions.

Data Analysis:

  • Analyze project data and performance metrics to track progress and make data-driven recommendations for improvements.

Continuous Learning:

  • Actively engage in ongoing professional development and training opportunities to enhance your engineering skills.

Safety:

  • Promote a culture of safety within the team and adhere to all safety protocols and guidelines.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

  • Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.

  • Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

  • Proficiency in engineering software and tools (AutoCAD, SolidWorks, etc.) is a plus.

  • Eagerness to learn and grow within the engineering field, with aspirations to move into project management.
