​Our client is seeking an experienced Project Developer to join its growing data center team, managing projects across PJM and other regions. You'll lead cross-functional teams (internal + external consultants) spanning engineering, permitting, environmental, real estate, and transmission.

Data center, gas development, or utility-scale solar/wind experience strongly preferred. Technical expertise isn't required — but strong judgment, leadership, and project management skills are essential for this fast-paced, evolving industry.

What You'll Do

• Own overall project strategy, schedule, and budget

• Lead site acquisition and landowner negotiations

• Coordinate permitting, environmental studies, and interconnection processes

• Manage public relations planning and stakeholder communication

• Travel 25%+ as needed

What You'll Need

• 4-year degree + project management experience

• 3+ years in renewable energy or digital infrastructure development

• Knowledge of environmental/site permitting processes

• Strong contract negotiation track record

• PJM familiarity a plus

• Proficiency in MS Office; MS Project a plus
