​I’m currently supporting a growing international energy platform in the search for a Project Developer to join its renewable energy team in Germany. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with 2–3 years’ experience looking to take the next step in their career, working closely with senior leadership on the development of primarily onshore wind projects (alongside PV and BESS).

The role:

You’ll play a key supporting role in advancing projects through the development lifecycle, with a strong focus on permitting, coordination, and technical groundwork, while gaining exposure to the full project cycle.

Key responsibilities:

• Support the development of renewable energy projects from early-stage through permitting

• Coordinate external surveyors, planners, and technical consultants

• Assist with site assessments, including wind data and spatial analysis

• Contribute to mapping and project documentation (GIS/CAD exposure beneficial)

• Support stakeholder engagement with local authorities and partners

• Work closely with senior development managers on active projects

What we’re looking for:

• 2–3 years’ experience in renewable energy or infrastructure development

• Exposure to permitting and project coordination in Germany

• Basic understanding of wind project development (preferred)

• GIS/CAD or mapping experience is a plus

• Proactive, detail-oriented, and keen to develop professionally

• Fluent German required
