Production Supervisor – Wind Energy Manufacturing
Shanghai, China (On-site)
Salary: RMB 30,000 – 35,000 per month
The Green Recruitment Company is partnering with a leading global wind energy manufacturer to appoint a Production Supervisor based in Shanghai. This is a key frontline leadership role responsible for overseeing daily production activities and ensuring safe, efficient, and high-quality manufacturing operations.
The Opportunity
This role sits at the heart of manufacturing delivery, managing teams on the shop floor and ensuring production targets are met without compromising on quality or safety.
You will play a critical role in maintaining operational performance while supporting continuous improvement initiatives within a fast-paced, industrial environment.
Key Responsibilities
Supervise day-to-day production operations, ensuring output and quality targets are achieved
Lead and coordinate production teams, driving performance and accountability
Monitor and report on production KPIs, identifying areas for improvement
Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards
Support the implementation of lean manufacturing and process improvements
Coordinate with engineering, maintenance, and quality teams to resolve issues quickly
Maintain accurate production records and reporting
Requirements
Proven experience in a Production Supervisor / Team Leader role
Background in manufacturing, industrial, or wind energy environments preferred
Strong leadership skills with experience managing shop-floor teams
Understanding of production processes, quality control, and HSE standards
Ability to work in a fast-paced, shift-based environment
Fluent in Mandarin
