TGRC partnered with a leading international renewable energy company to identify a Procurement Analyst– Solar/BESS to join their growing team in Madrid.

Role Overview
The Procurement Analyst will be responsible for leading sourcing strategies, supplier management, and procurement activities related to Solar and BESS equipment. This role plays a critical part in ensuring cost competitiveness, supply chain reliability, and alignment with broader business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement sourcing strategies for Solar/BESS equipment and related services
Lead RFP processes and negotiate commercial terms with international suppliers
Build and manage strategic supplier relationships
Conduct global market analysis (technology trends, pricing evolution, supply chain risks)
Support contract negotiation processes (MSA, LTSA) in collaboration with internal stakeholders (Legal, Finance, Technical teams)
Drive cost optimization initiatives (TCO, value engineering, economies of scale)
Work cross-functionally with Engineering, Project Development, and Operations teams.
Candidate Profile
Degree in Engineering or a related field
Minimum 2 years of experience in procurement or strategic sourcing
At least 3 years of experience within renewable energy, energy storage, or related sectors
Proven experience in supplier management and contract negotiation
Strong analytical skills with a strategic and commercial mindset.
Highly Desirable
Exposure to the U.S. market, including knowledge of IRA, FEoC, or similar regulatory frameworks
Experience in international procurement environments
Familiarity with Incoterms
Experience with procurement tools (e.g., Oracle).
