We are a growing energy procurement and consultancy business, supporting industrial and commercial clients with energy purchasing, pricing strategy, supplier management, and cost-reduction opportunities.
The Role
We’re looking for an experienced Pricing Manager to lead and develop our pricing function across electricity and gas procurement. You’ll play a key role in shaping pricing strategy, analysing supplier offers, and supporting the commercial team with accurate, competitive pricing solutions.
What You’ll Be Doing
Lead pricing across fixed & flexible energy contracts
Prepare and manage customer pricing submissions
Analyse supplier offers and build clear comparisons
Develop pricing strategies aligned to market conditions
Collaborate with commercial teams to deliver competitive solutions
Maintain and enhance pricing models and tools (Excel)
Support tenders, renewals, and bespoke procurement projects
Provide technical pricing guidance across the business
What We’re Looking For
5+ years’ experience in the energy industry
Strong background in energy procurement pricing
Experience with fixed & flexible contracts
Advanced Excel skills (modelling, analysis, large datasets)
Strong commercial awareness and attention to detail
Excellent communication and organisational skills
Desirable
Experience in energy consultancy, broker, or supplier environment
Knowledge of non-commodity costs and market drivers
Experience supporting tenders and client-facing pricing
Familiarity with CRM/reporting tools or pricing platforms
