As the Operational Excellence Lead you will implement initiatives across the company to deliver business value and embed a culture of continuous improvement. Primarily focused on people and process optimisation, improvements will be delivered by working closely with a wide range of stakeholders to upskill and embed operational excellence tools and principles

About the role

• You will be building and maintaining strong relationships across all levels with key stakeholders to deliver improvements
• Drawing on your experience you will deliver initiatives which positively impact cost to serve, revenue growth and customer satisfaction
• This role will certainly give you the opportunity to collaborate and support wider teams - working with members of the Leadership Team to agree initiative charters, including resources, outcomes, and communication approaches
• A key part of this role is to utilise structured tools and approaches to coach and mentor teams and individuals, providing effective feedback
• You will look for opportunities for continuous improvement in ways of working, challenging and challenging current structures of people and processes

The Individual:

• Your experience and attitude are key to this role! You’ll have strong knowledge of process improvement and Lean/OE tools
• You’ll provide experience of coaching, workshop planning and facilitation skills with the ability to build consensus and support decision making
• Communication is important to this role - strong communication and interpersonal skills, challenging confidently where necessary and the ability to interact and influence at all levels
• Confident with your ability to make effective presentations and communicate outcomes to teams and stakeholders, strong meeting management skills
• Above all you’ll have a fantastic “can do “attitude with an energy that will inspire teams!
