Job description

The Green Recruitment Company are working with a leading European facilities management & energy services provider in search of UK-centric, Account Director to strategically manage & maintain a FM portfolio in excess of 150+ buildings.

Main responsibilities include: 

  • Day to day liaison with Customers & Management teams. 
  • Overall management & accountability for associated servicing contracts. 
  • Ability to drive strategic development & bolstering out further service lines on offer to the client. 
  • Proactively and professionally manages client relationships, delivering superior customer satisfaction at all levels
  • Contributes to budget planning and reviews financial performance against budget. 
  • Day to day liaison with supply chain partners ensuring best practice is delivered whilst also driving value and cost. 

Seeking experience in; 

  • Building services/facilities management 
  • Experience managing mobile engineering teams 
  • Ability to demonstrate good process management & analytical skills. 
  • Account managament and upholding customer satisfaction experience.
