Job description
The Green Recruitment Company are working with a leading European facilities management & energy services provider in search of UK-centric, Account Director to strategically manage & maintain a FM portfolio in excess of 150+ buildings.
Main responsibilities include:
- Day to day liaison with Customers & Management teams.
- Overall management & accountability for associated servicing contracts.
- Ability to drive strategic development & bolstering out further service lines on offer to the client.
- Proactively and professionally manages client relationships, delivering superior customer satisfaction at all levels
- Contributes to budget planning and reviews financial performance against budget.
- Day to day liaison with supply chain partners ensuring best practice is delivered whilst also driving value and cost.
Seeking experience in;
- Building services/facilities management
- Experience managing mobile engineering teams
- Ability to demonstrate good process management & analytical skills.
- Account managament and upholding customer satisfaction experience.
