​I’m currently partnering with a well-established international renewable energy developer to find an experienced Land Acquisition Manager to support the growth of their solar and battery storage pipeline in Germany. This is a fantastic opportunity to play a direct role in advancing the energy transition, joining a collaborative and fast-growing team with a strong track record of delivering utility-scale projects across multiple markets.

The role:

You’ll be responsible for identifying, evaluating, and securing land for solar and BESS developments, working closely with internal technical, legal, and development teams to move projects forward efficiently.

Key responsibilities include:

• Identifying and assessing suitable land for solar and storage projects

• Conducting feasibility studies and reviewing permitting requirements

• Leading negotiations with landowners and stakeholders

• Managing relationships with authorities and project partners

• Supporting projects through the development lifecycle

What we’re looking for:

• Proven experience in land acquisition, real estate, or similar

• Ideally, a background in renewable energy (solar/PV strongly preferred)

• Strong negotiation and stakeholder management skills

• Experience with site evaluation and planning processes

• GIS and/or CAD knowledge is a plus

• Fluent in German; English beneficial
