​I’m working with a growing European renewable energy investment platform looking to add an Investment Associate to its team in Poland.

This is a transaction-focused role covering the acquisition and development of solar PV, wind and battery storage assets, with meaningful exposure across financial modelling, valuation, due diligence and investment committee work.

The role will involve:

• Building and owning financial models for acquisitions, JVs and development opportunities

• Valuation, return analysis, financing and scenario modelling

• Assessing project risks across grid, permitting, land, construction and route-to-market

• Supporting due diligence processes and coordinating external advisers

• Preparing investment committee materials and transaction analysis

• Supporting market screening, pipeline evaluation and comparable transactions

• Working closely with senior investment, development, legal, finance and technical teams

Looking for:

• Around 3–4 years’ relevant experience

• At least 2 years of exposure to Polish renewable energy projects or transactions

• Strong financial modelling and valuation skills

• Experience from renewable energy, infrastructure investing, M&A, project finance, advisory or a related environment

• Understanding of the Polish renewables market and project development lifecycle

• Fluent Polish and English

Experience across BESS, solar or wind transactions, project finance, PPAs, capacity markets or merchant revenue structures would be particularly relevant.

The position offers direct exposure to live transactions, senior decision-makers and a clear path towards taking increasing ownership of deal execution.
