Our client is a European energy transition company, based out of Berlin, focused on renewable energy projects

Their main focus is developing and maintaining wind and solar farms while investing in new technologies such as battery storage.

They have significant backing within the sector and led by a management staff with over 70 years experience within the renewable space.

Essential Responsibilities:

• Supporting in managing investments across the whole investment cycle from screening, modelling, negotiations, transaction documentation and closing

• Preparation of relevant approval documents

• Monitor ongoing financial performance

• Prepare reports for updates to senior management

• Aid in the development and improving of credit processes and deal management systems

• Build expertise within focus areas including being proactive with sector mapping and network building

• Participate in reviews and support preparation of white papers on initiatives

Qualifications / Requirements:

• 2.1 or above in any bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, Economics or Engineering

• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in an energy investment business

• Fluency in German and English (both written and oral)

• Able to work in Germany
