Our Client is a global leader in Testing, Inspection and Certification (“TIC”) services. They are looking for the experienced professionals to lead the team to achieve power HSE service P&L target.

The Responsibilities of the Role

• Lead HSE team to achieve power HSE service P&L target

• Fully responsible for Power P& L and operation management

• In charge of the whole HSE service development process, ensure compliance of BV China Operations with the HSE service accreditation and related rules, and contribute to the management of international accreditations

• Agile management of HSE service portfolio according to the market intelligence and changes

• Lead the team to implement each project tasks.

• Manage team members for performance management and daily activities                                                                                         

• Assist in the development of the marketing and sales strategy for HSE service

• Collaborate with functional units to do HSE service marketing and business development work

• Support sales in new client development and existing client maintenance.

• Ensure a continuous contact and information exchange with internal and external interfaces.

Requirements

• Education: Bachelor’s degree or above level, in technical disciplines relevant to HSE / engineering; Master’s degree is preferred.

• Working experience: above 5 years’ experience in HSE related field, strong and comprehensive HSE technical skills

• Owning related HSE qualification is preferable

• Demonstrated leadership and management skills with good influencing power

• Manage well multi-culture business environment

• Excellent communication skills and business awareness, presentation and communication skills

• Being fluent in English is mandatory, both in verbal and written communication

• Good health is required.
