The Green Recruitment Company are working with a leading independent Energy Consultancy who are looking for to recruit a Head of Energy Services.

The Client:

Our client is an award winning energy consultancy who provides a full range of energy and utility consultancy services.

The Role:

Within this role it is expected that you are able to;

  • Set the future vision for the department but also follow through with the delivery of the effective energy services.
  • Able to build upon a strong team environment that supports and nurtures talent.
  • Define and deliver the strategy for the energy consultancy offerings.
  • Communicate to and deliver key reports to other senior managers.
  • Responsible for ensuring commercial success of the department by planning long term activity.
  • Deal with escalated client and supplier queries passed up from members of staff.
  • Provide clear guidance and support to members of staff, articulating goals and visions of the business and also motivating and building upon confidence.

The Individual:

As this is a senior level position, we require someone with an indepth, extensive knowledge and experience within the energy industry including energy consultancy and energy management. We require someone that is a passionate leader, who is innovative and also a strategic thinker. It is vital that you are able to build relationships both externally and internally with stakeholders. The successful person will be a confident and effective people manager, a person that is able to lead a department to deliver outstanding service.
