Job Summary:

We’re looking for a motivated and ambitious Sales Development Representative to join a fast-growing renewable energy business. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role at the front end of the sales process, engaging with prospective customers and helping to drive the adoption of clean energy solutions across the UK.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Engage with warm inbound leads and respond to customer enquiries in a timely manner

  • Build rapport quickly and establish customer needs through a consultative approach

  • Qualify opportunities and book appointments for the wider sales team

  • Introduce homeowners to renewable energy solutions, including solar PV, battery storage, and EV charging

  • Maintain accurate records of interactions and pipeline activity

  • Collaborate closely with the sales team to support the early stages of the sales cycle

  • Consistently meet or exceed individual and team targets in a fast-paced environment

  • Act as a brand ambassador, delivering a positive and professional first impression to all customers
