Job Summary:
We’re looking for a motivated and ambitious Sales Development Representative to join a fast-growing renewable energy business. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role at the front end of the sales process, engaging with prospective customers and helping to drive the adoption of clean energy solutions across the UK.
Key Responsibilities:
Engage with warm inbound leads and respond to customer enquiries in a timely manner
Build rapport quickly and establish customer needs through a consultative approach
Qualify opportunities and book appointments for the wider sales team
Introduce homeowners to renewable energy solutions, including solar PV, battery storage, and EV charging
Maintain accurate records of interactions and pipeline activity
Collaborate closely with the sales team to support the early stages of the sales cycle
Consistently meet or exceed individual and team targets in a fast-paced environment
Act as a brand ambassador, delivering a positive and professional first impression to all customers
About you:
A recent graduate or early-career professional looking to build a career in sales
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Confident, proactive, and highly motivated
Resilient with a positive attitude towards targets and performance metrics
