About the Role

Finance Manager

Work Location: Permanent position based in Singapore

​

Responsibilities

• Take full charge of end-to-end financial operations, including bookkeeping, expense review, accounts receivable and payable management, cost accounting, month-end and year-end closing, as well as financial statement preparation.

• Manage local tax declaration and GST filing in Singapore, ensure tax compliance, and liaise with external auditors to guarantee all financial and accounting practices comply with local regulations.

• Develop capital plans, oversee cash flow and budget control, monitor expenses, and deliver regular financial analysis reports to support management decision-making.

• Establish and optimize financial policies and workflows for the overseas entity, improve the internal control system, mitigate financial risks and ensure efficient and compliant financial operations.

• Act as the key contact for banks, accounting firms, tax authorities and local regulatory bodies to handle relevant financial, tax and audit matters.

• Manage financial document filing and account ledgers, complete annual final settlement and coordinate with audits to ensure all financial work is properly closed out.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or above, majoring in Finance, Accounting, Taxation or related fields.

• Solid hands-on experience in full-cycle finance and proven ability to independently manage all financial work of an overseas company.

• Extensive working experience in overseas finance with familiarity with the operation of overseas enterprises. Candidates with working experience in Singapore or Southeast Asia are preferred.

• Fluent in Mandarin for smooth communication with headquarters in China; competent in basic English reading and writing to adapt to local work environment.

• Hold a valid overseas work pass and be ready to start work in Singapore immediately without additional visa application procedures.

• Well-versed in accounting, taxation, audit, capital management and budgeting.

• Strong awareness of internal control, meticulous working attitude, good resilience and the capability to independently resolve financial issues.
