The role will be highly incentivised with the opportunity for equity participation over time. Working with the Main Board, you will play an integral role in the development of the company.

The Responsibilities

• Financial reporting
• Statutory returns
• Investor relations
• Fundraising
• Financial modelling
• Proposal preparation and presentations
• Strategic and financial planning - budgets, cashflow forecasting etc
• New business tenders

The Opportunity 

This opportunity will suit a commercially minded qualified accountant who thrives in a fast-moving entrepreneurial environment. A working knowledge of the renewable energy sector would be advantageous as would a background in corporate finance/private equity.
