Finance Director – Energy & Infrastructure
Hong Kong (On-site)
Salary: RMB 1.5m – 2m per annum
The Green Recruitment Company is partnering with a globally active investment platform to appoint a Finance Director based in Hong Kong. This is a senior leadership role with responsibility for driving financial strategy, governance, and performance across a portfolio of energy and infrastructure investments.

You will play a critical role in ensuring robust financial management, supporting capital allocation decisions, and providing insight across a complex, international portfolio.

Key Responsibilities
Lead the development and execution of financial strategy and planning
Oversee financial reporting, controls, and governance across the organisation
Support investment decisions through financial analysis, modelling, and insight
Manage cash flow, capital allocation, and financial risk
Partner with senior stakeholders, including investors, lenders, and board members
Ensure compliance with local and international regulatory standards
Lead and develop high-performing finance teams across multiple jurisdictions
Requirements
Significant experience in a senior finance leadership role (Finance Director / Head of Finance)
Background within energy, infrastructure, private equity, or investment environments
Strong expertise in financial strategy, reporting, and governance
Experience supporting investment and capital allocation decisions
Proven ability to influence at board and investor level
Professional qualification (ACA / ACCA / CPA or equivalent)
Fluent in English (Mandarin/Cantonese advantageous)
